The Local Fair Trade Pledge is a commitment by farmers, retailers and restaurants to abide by Fair Trade principles and to work together to build a just food system. Farmers and businesses who sign the Local Fair Trade Pledge become members of the Local Fair Trade Network and can use this site to communicate with other members and the public. The Pledge is based on the Agricultural Justice Project's Social Justice standards and the Domestic Fair Trade Working Group's principles of Domestic Fair Trade.
