LFTN Wants Your Thoughts

LFTN is seeking your input to help us further develop our Local Fair Trade label program. We want this program to truly improve the situation of the growers of food and to deliver to the eaters of food the ethical products you want. Farmers are invited to answer our farmer's survey and everyone is invited to answer our consumer's survey.

In addition, you are invited to attend one of our Local Fair Trade focus groups. These are group discussions lasting an hour to an hour and a half in which we discuss your perceptions of Fair Trade and local food. No special knowledge is required. All participants will receive a pound of delicious Equal Exchange coffee and an Equal Exchange mug. The next two focus groups are:

Tuesday, January 29, 6:30 at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy's second building, 2104 Stevens Avenue, Minneapolis

Thursday, February 7, 6:30 at the Seward Co-op satellite office, 2223 Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis, behind the Second Moon Cafe
